    Drivers for TMC have choices, like how to get paid. We offer a traditional cents-per-mile package but we also offer you the ability to be paid based on your individual performance with our percentage pay program. This gives outstanding first year drivers the opportunity to earn more than 45 cents-per-mile.  We also offer great benefits, opportunities for career advancement and dedicated routes depending on where you live. We will train any driver who has no flatbed experience if you want to drive for us and we do hire recent truck driving school graduates.

    Job Description

    TMC Boat Hauler, Gooseneck If you love being OTR and aren’t concerned about being home every weekend, we have a longhauler’s dream job. You’ll be dedicated to a customer hauling recreational boats on gooseneck trailers to marinas and exotic destinations throughout the U.S. and Canada. There’s even the occasional opportunity to test out your skills as an “Ice Road Trucker"... if you dare. The boats are loaded, secured, and tarped by the customer, and you’ll often deadhead back to the point of origin. There is minimal tarping and securement involved with the occasional backhaul of materials to the boat production plants. You will be paid practical miles for all miles driven loaded and empty. Expect to be out two weeks at a time, but you could see the house more often depending on your home location. Must have a Class A CDL, 2 years of flatbed driving experience, passport and live within 50 miles of I-94 between St. Cloud, MN and Chicago, IL.
