Schedule is full time days; Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. NO WEEKENDS! Positions begin in May.
Responsibilities-
Collection representatives to perform account follow-up and resolutions of patient receivables in our inbound/outbound call center. These collection representatives are responsible for assisting customers who have outstanding balances on HCA and external hospital bills. The position requires excellent customer service and listening skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to resolve their obligations.
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 30 WPM typing Excellent communication and customer service skills Must pass criminal background investigation and drug test. *Criminal investigation results are reviewed and hiring decision made pending case by case review.
