We are currently seeking a Digital Production Manager in Atlanta, GA to support our global internal marketing teams.

 

 

 

Job Title: Digital Production Manager

 

 

 

 

Position Summary:

 

 

Our growing, global marketing team seeks a digital production manager to efficiently drive the completion of web projects through internal and external resources. An ideal candidate has 5-7 years of digital agency or client-side web experience in a traffic, account or production manager role. As our internal team evolves, this role will analyze and make recommendations regarding the process of digital project requests from internal marketing customers all over the globe.

 

 

 

A highly organized, self-motivated and process-driven, team player will excel in this role. Good communication skills are essential, as the role will be coordinating many simultaneous projects with multiple stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and ability to work with everyone from VP of Marketing, IR and PR, to designers, to marketing managers and agencies. This role is a key part of the internal escalation process for global online initiatives, PR, and technical issues.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Drive the efficient allocation and use of agency, contract, and internal resources working closely with our traffic manager
  • Ensure every digital job is received, tracked, QA’d and successfully completed on time
  • Manage digital job priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Coordinate Web updates with Digital Marketing Manager, Web Agency and regional marketing staff
  • Responsible for uptime and availability of 20+ public, international websites and microsites working with digital agency and server management company
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement in process and organization to streamline the high volume of digital projects
  • Manage after-hours and emergency jobs as needed
  • Serve as administrator or power user for multiple online systems including: content management systems (CMS), email marketing platform, and web conferencing
  • Job Requirements

    Knowledge & Experience:

     

    • 5-7 years managing resources and processes in an agency or mid-size to large, client-side team
    • Experience working projects through multiple outside agencies and contractors, including managing their time and costs to stay on budget
    • Intermediate knowledge of coding HTML and CSS3
    • 2-4 years of experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat delivering web-optimized/standards-compliant files is required
    • Experience with web tools including: CMS (Umbraco or similar), Wordpress, Pingdom, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Silverpop, Salesforce.com, and WebEx are helpful
    • Experience in reporting basic performance numbers (# of jobs per mo, on-time completion %, etc…)
    • Basic understanding of .NET, DNS and IP addresses, and servers is helpful, but not required
