A leading company in Chicago's home health care industry is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative Recruitment and HR Manager. Help us make a difference in the lives of our clients by recruiting compassionate, professional, reliable Home Health Aides.

Our organization helps clients live independently by providing caregivers to help with activities of daily living. The right candidate will share our passion and understand our commitment to the highest ethical standards.

The Recruiter manages a high-volume, ongoing Home Health Aide recruitment campaign, and must be an excellent judge of character. The job involves a vigilant screening process, including:

  • ad placement
  • interviews
  • criminal background checks
  • pre-employment and ongoing random drug testing
  • reference checking
  • hiring & initial orientation

    • This position will also oversee occasional worker's compensation & unemployment claims, benefits administration, employee counseling, discipline, and terminations.

     

     

     

     

    Job Requirements

    Recruiting experience is required.

    Any of the following are a strong plus for this position:

    • Recruiting experience in the healthcare, retail, or staffing industries
    • Human Resources Certification and experience
    • Home Health Experience

     

    Our company offers:

    • a starting salary of $45,000 to $50,000 plus periodic bonus based upon company performance.
