Job Description RECRUITING FOR 6 JR. FIELD TECHNICIAN POSITIONS:

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components such as subsystems, auxiliary, HVAC, electronic equipment, circuit wiring, and hardware lighting.

Perform routine repair and maintenance work.

Collaborate with Quality Control to investigate and resolve defects and quality issues.

Provide support for delivery logistics and customs clearance for spares, tools, testing equipment, and materials.

Provide customer support to suppliers in Canada.

Monitor inventory of tools, test equipment, spare parts, and related materials.

Coordinate material procurement and prepare purchasing documents.

Maintain communication with suppliers and all relevant internal departments.

Attend meetings for suppliers, managers, and production and prepare meeting minutes.

Prepare internal and official response memorandum documents.

Create and maintain informational databases.

Assist negotiations for defective part claims.

Assist monitoring, recording, analyzing, and reporting on equipment trends, failures, results, and recommendations.

Prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) for Site Manager and other upper level management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Ability to use English and Metric systems of measurement.
Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and strong written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
Bilingual candidates (Korean & English) preferred for 1 opening. Remaining 5 openings open to non-bilingual candidates.
Must be currently authorized to work in any company in the US for other than practical training

Education Requirements: High School Diploma, Technical Certificate, AS degree or greater.
