Community Physician Network is currently seeking an experienced manager to fill the role of Practice Administrator at Geist Family Medicine and Pediatrics. The Practice Administrator role manages a business unit consisting of at least 10 + providers. Responsibilities in the areas of finance, human resources, office management, staffing, clinical quality, and other. Ensures goals are translated into action items that deliver results. Fosters positive relationships between physicians and staff. This position will primarily be located in the Geist area (northeast of Indianapolis, south of Fishers) though local travel among practice sites in the area, as well as to the CPN administrative office, may also be necessary.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other related field required. Masters degree preferred.
5 + years of previous leadership experience managing a medical practice or other health care facility required.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities that support core organizational values are a minimum expectation for this role. Must have ability to clearly convey expectations to staff and be able to follow up and remedy issues quickly.
