Job Description

The Finance team, reporting to the CFO, is a shared service organization that provides accounting, accounts payable, collections, credit, financial analysis and reporting, payroll, tax, and treasury support to all channels of the Adknowledge business.

  POSITION OVERVIEW Manages and monitors daily cash management transactions, reports cash operation activities and executes borrowing/investment transactions.  Ensures adequate liquidity and proper investments.  Prepares cash flow projections.  Additional responsibilities include development of bank relationships, determination of short -term cash to be invested and anticipation of short term borrowing needs. Responsible for liquidity management.  Primary duties include:
  1. Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities 
  2. Executes funds movement and investment transactions 
  3. Establishes, manages, and maintains cash management bank relationships 
  4. Perform transactions and resolve errors 
  5. Reports cash operation activities 
  6. Anticipates and manages short ¬term borrowing needs 
  7. Prepares cash flow projections 
  8. Ensures adequate liquidity 
  9. Establishes new accounts and maintains accounts
  10. Gathers and interprets cash flow and other financial data 
  11. Resolves foreign exchange currency issues 
  12. Implements cash management systems and trains staff on those systems 
  13. Manages working capital 
  14. Recommends cash management policies 
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
  • 5 years of cash management experience
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics
  • Solid understanding of cash/bank management systems
  • Accounting or financial analysis experience
