Job Description

The Mergis Group, a placement firm specializing in accounting, finance, mortgage and banking, is currently seeking qualified candidates in mortgage operations for one of our top clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loan closing documents
  • Confirm closing date with outside contacts
  • Initiate and follow through funding on closed loans
  • Resolve closed loan deficiencies
  • Request wire funds from Treasury
  • Negotiate problems/resolutions for loans at closing
  • Review various management reports
    • Job Requirements
    • Some expereince in the mortgage industry is required
    • Proven and excellent customer services skills
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Can meet deadlines and work with time constraints
    • Good problem solving skills
