Job Description Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Compensation:  Average annual income for Wireless Retail Sales Associates is between $35,000-$50,000 including commission, with a new hire bonus of $500 for reaching the first 100 boxes milestone.
Position Summary  Sprint by Generation Mobile Preferred is an established Preferred Retail dealer, the largest in Michigan. Our mission as a team is to provide the Platinum Service Customer Experience, every time. The Wireless Retail Sales Associate position is an integral part of the Sprint by Generation Mobile team.  You will receive training and support to insure you stay current with the latest technologies in order to help connect our customers with the things that matter most in their lives. 
Job RequirementsResponsibilities
  • Provides a total sales solution to the customer regarding their wireless/mobility needs that includes: selling the value for of technology devices, accessories and service plans, maximizing customer connections, saving the customer money, personalizing the customer experience.
  • Delivers an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens our brand
  • Meets or exceed key performance objectives for sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Completes training & ongoing curriculum within required times frames
  • Complies with all operational policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year retail sales or related experience
