Job Description A corporate client located in Earth City, is seeking a Recall/ Specification Coordinator to assist in their Product Development Department. This is a project based position that is temporary in nature with an indefinite duration. They are looking for individuals who are driven, motivated, and well-spoken. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Recall process support; monitor Quality Assurance mailbox for potential quality issues and product recalls.
  • Communicate product quality issues to the cross-functional team to include, merchandising, vendor, stores etc.
  • Manage product development documentation such as product specifications, certificates of insurance, MSDs, etc.
  • Work with product development team to establish product profiles.

    • Job Requirements
    • MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication 
    • 2-3 years related experience 

    • Quality assurance, chemistry, food science dietetics or microbiology background preferred but not required
