Job Description Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.

Meet or exceed all sales goals for each product line, while increasing close rate quarterly.

Build customer loyalty by educating customers to the advantages of the company services that differentiate from the competition.

Proactively and persuasively close sales and upgrades during the initial customer call.

Build value in the company's products, services, and commitment to the communities served.

Understand and promote all current marketing campaigns with the goal of achieving regional net gain goals

Enters information accurately and efficiently related to scheduling installation appointments, identifying reasons for voluntary disconnects and recommended save offers, and processing customer payments using computerized customer billing systems.

Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software and Word Processing software.

Other Skills and Abilities - Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) preferred.
