We are seeking talented individuals to provide direct nursing care and perform day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility. As an important member of the Interdisciplinary Team, you will be guided by the Director of Nursing Services, and Charge Nurse assigned to your area. Working together we will ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Job Functions (include but are not limited to)
- Obtain records and report vital signs and any other pertinent patient information to your Charge Nurse
