The CLG team includes our home mortgage, home equity, consumer credit card, personal loans and lines, direct auto, dealer services and commercial auto, retail services and education financial services businesses.
Our Fulfillment Team: Originates and services mortgage loans using fair and responsible lending practices to help turn houses into homes.
The Mtg Interim Non-Evaluated Manager is an interim position (short term in nature not to exceed 18 months) responsible for supervising underwriters engaged in approving subordination requests.
Functions include:
- Managing unit's workflow to ensure that group s customer service/production metric standards are met and units procedures are current and in compliance with government and Bank regulations.
- Analyzing workflow policies/procedures and recommending changes as appropriate.
- Maintaining appropriate records/documents under specified security control.
- Creating and maintaining programs and reports.
- Assisting in hiring, firing, setting performance standards, training, writing/conducting performance reviews.
- May be responsible for the approval of second level reviews.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of computer based programs such as Shaw, CIV, HE360, EDM, CLIPR, SpeedTrap, and Hogan.
- Adaptable to changing environments.
- Self-motivated/dependable with working knowledge of Home Equity Policy and procedures.
- Superior communication and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop employees in an environment where employees need to act independently to meet customer expectations.
- Strong leadership skills to manage in a highly dynamic environment.
- 1st mortgage underwriting background is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
-3+ years lending experience and 1+ years experience in a management or team leadership role

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
