We have an opening in our Chicago, Madison or Milwaukee office for an Intellectual Property Patent Administrator. Patent Administrators primarily support patent prosecution and maintenance. Administrators prepare and file U.S. and international patent applications, prepare correspondence to foreign associates, monitor foreign patent practices and procedures, and maintain clients' domestic and foreign patent portfolios. Two years of Intellectual Property experience is preferred, with a strong foreign application filing background. Bachelors Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
