The person in this position is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, support and upgrade of; laptops, desktop PCs, hardware, software, operating systems and distributed printers. Efficiently and effectively handles internal customer service inquires. Provides prompt resolution to all support related calls.

Education: • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent customer service or IT experience
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively walk between buildings in our business campus.
