Job Description Job Title : Bouncer / Security Guard Supervision Required : Direct Reports To : Operations Manager Payroll Status : Hourly/Non-Exempt Educational Requirements : Minimum standard at hire Experience: Guard License pref Full-Time  $11.00hr    Sunday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm                                  2:30pm-11pm Part-Time Friday & Saturday 6am-2:30pm                                    2:30pm-11pm   Must be non timid & bouncer type build!  Provide security to prevent theft. Must live near zip code! Must be 21years or older, High School Diploma, G.E.D., or DD214, Must have No Criminal Record, Must pass Drug Test & Physical. Shift & Salary non-negotiable! Summary of Duties: Under general supervision, protects property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference. May perform periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Essential Functions:
  1. Patrols:
  2. Guard, Patrol, or monitor premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  3. Circulates among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
  4. Patrols industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  5. Responds to Emergency Situations such as fires, Chemical Spills, Medical Emergencies, Bomb Threats, Explosions and answers alarms and investigate disturbances.
  6. Provides customer service in accordance with company established standards and expectations.
  7. Provides escort services for occupants of client property, as requested.
  8. Provides public assistance, including lockout and other services and information.
  9. Makes immediate reports to designated company and client personnel and information.
  10. Answers telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
  11. Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
  12. Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premises.
  13. May be required to operate company or client owned vehicles, providing safe and efficient transportation as required.
  14. May be requested to perform other duties as assigned by Manager's needs.

Working Conditions:
  1. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  2. Must be flexible to work scheduled and non/scheduled hours as required.
  3. May be exposed to high levels of noise or variations in weather and temperature.
