Requirements:
Full lifecycle development
Must have object oriented programming
Must have large scale (they crunch a ton of numbers)
Need experience with complex web applications
Distributed or enterprise application experience. Someone that understands complex parts of applications (threading for example).
Web Services experience (remote calls)
Database experience
