Job Description

 

Partners N Promotion, a growing promotional merchandise company headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas is seeking applicants to service and support online store business. These are temporary positions and we will be looking for individuals able to start in mid January and work steady through mid-late April with the possibility of an extension. Candidates must have reliable transportation and strong work references.

 

Job Summary: Applicant will Interact with award recipients to provide information in response to inquiries regarding topics such as; how to login to an online site, how to redeem award points on and offline, questions about merchandise options and to provide shipping status.

 

Primary Responsibilities

General:

•          Follow closely the scripts and call guides assigned to the award program

•          Adhere to the performance metrics set for the award program

•          Interact with award recipients who have questions regarding products they wish to redeem their points for via an online store and or print catalog

•          Provide online site login assistance

•          Provide assistance relative to merchandise specifications such as apparel sizing

•          Provide shipment status and tracking information about products

•          Resolve product return and replacement requests per program specifications

•          Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

•          Adhere to issue escalation processes and required actions to be taken

•          Actively participate in weekly team meetings to recommend service enhancements

Job Requirements

 

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Possess high level of confidence on telephone

• Strong comfort level with the mechanics of purchasing products online

• Exercise strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30 WPM)

• Thorough understanding of Call Center Operations

• Able to accept and follow feedback and coaching

• Minimum of 1 year previous customer service, call center environment or retail services experience.
