to join our team as an Resident Service Manager (Assistant Executive Director).

 

We are seeking an experienced dynamic, energetic Resident Services Manager (Assistant Executive Director) to join our dedicated and compassionate assisted living community & assist with all aspects of operations. 

 

Each Resident Services Manager within our company is a future Executive Director.

Resident Services Manager Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Train to be the future Executive Director for one of our Communities.
  • Assist the Executive Director in management of the overall operation of the community.
  • Oversee multiple departments such as activities, dining services, customer service and housekeeping. 
  • Manage the financial outcomes of the community which includes but not limited to account receivable, accounts payable, payroll.
  • Works with Executive Director to assure building preparation for tours. Assures model apartments are ready to show, and overall building readiness.  
  • May conduct professional tours of the community with prospective residents and family members.
  • An inherent desire to achieve exceptional results and a passion for serving seniors.
    Job Requirements

    Required Skills and  Experience

    • Minimum of Bachelors Degree.
    • Prior experience in personnel management, budgeting, public relations preferred.
    • Must have leadership skills with team building and motivation ability.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    Benefits:
