Job RequirementsBasic Responsibilities
* Direct hosts, servers, and bussers
* Interact with guests to ensure they have a positive dining experience
* Maintenance of the restaurant
* Inventory
* Assist with reports
* Training / coaching / corrective action for hourly employees

Qualifications Include:
A mix of FOH & BOH experience in casual dining is desired
Guest-focused, accustomed to greeting guests, table touches, handling complaints and turning them into happy customers, etc.
Accustomed to planning and leading shift meetings
Familiar with POS systems
Experience tracking inventory, entering invoices, etc.
