Job Description Our Client is a large public company looking for a proven leader who can facilitate the adoption and practice of agile principles. Job Responsibilities:

Lead our client in implementing Agile within their corporate software environment.

Demonstrate the principles to the team and maintain metrics so they can monitor progress.

Provide training and partner with leadership, program management, and developers to ensure comprehensive understanding of Agile methodology.

Detect issues as they arise and remove roadblocks for the development team.

Evaluate and facilitate the resolution escalating any problems to management.

Provide recommendations on Agile and Scrum methods and practices ensuring that they are applied effectively.

Develop best practices and templates to be implemented across the organization.

Create workshops as needed to address areas of agile methods needing further training or experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field.
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification, with 2+ years of on-the-job experience.
Strong background working with software development life cycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially high ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical employees.
Experience in teaching/mentoring multiple teams.
Proven leadership ability preferably as an Agile Lead with a large organization.
Dependable, organized, and highly motivated with ability to multi-task.
