Job Description

Responsibilities: Duties will include teaching technology classes including Introduction to Programming and Web Technologies (Python, HTML/CSS/Javascript), IT Essentials (basic hardware), AP Computer Science (Java). Other duties involve support of school infrastructure including Google Apps for Education, Haiku LMS, Blackbaud products, client and server management of Windows and Mac platforms, wireless access, firewall, and network troubleshooting.

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. DE, PA, MD or NJ teaching certification or progress towards certification required. Five+ years work experience in technology field. Must be proficient in Mac OSX ,Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and Google Apps for Education. Successful background check.

Preferred Qualifications: Education experience in a high school environment; A+, MCSE, CCNA and/or web/programming certifications; Experience with Sonicwall devices; Masters degree in information technology.
