Uline seeks an Assistant Marketing Manager to focus on Latin America (Mexico) at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute high-volume direct marketing campaigns to Mexico market.
  • Perform list selection, quality control, cost accounting, pre/post-event analysis and other key functions.
  • Assist with Mexico direct mail list processing programs, record output and validation of reports.
  • Execute data transfers with vendors.
  • Document preparation, retrieval and follow up for significant annual meetings.
  • Communicate and follow up with other departments.
  • Track inventory of Mexico direct mail pieces.
  • Become primary SEPOMEX liaison; assist in negotiating rates and service improvements.
  • Investigate alternate mail delivery methods.
  • Provide support to Mexico Sales Team to enhance their annual marketing plans.
  • Participate in regionalizing multi-channel marketing.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

     

  • Bilingual – 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years experience with Mexico / Latin America markets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access and Word.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Available for travel to Uline’s Mexico branches.
