Job Description Nurses RN and LPN for several positions: Charge Nurse, Staff Supervisor, Staff Development Coordinator, MDS Coordinator. Charge Nurse: RN or LPN, various shifts, experience prefered, new grad applicants accepted. Dependability, quality care, and customer service a must. Staff Supervisor: RN prefered. Nursing experience required, Supervisory experience prefered. Flexible schedule required. Assists the Director of Nursing with daily management of facility. Staff Development Coordinator: RN prefered. Nursing experience required, Supervisory experience prefered. Flexible schedule required. Monitors CNAs and Nurses for competency, continuing education, infection control, and more. Reports to Director of Nursing. MDS Coordinator: RN prefered. MDS experience required. Manages all aspects of MDS and Care Planning. Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 146 bed skilled nursing facility focused on long-term care for residents with dementia.
