Job Description
Overview Hours the Branch is open: 7:50 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Monday - Thursday 7:50 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. Fridays The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the Branch and may be required to work additional hours as needed. This position is responsible for providing a superior experience for the banks customers, providing leadership, supervision and training to the teller staff, overseeing and directing activities of the branch to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency, while also acting as an ambassador of Emprise Bank. Job Skills/Requirements The Branch Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing and directing of complex administrative, technical and professional work within the core bank function. This position is responsible for leadership, customer service, sales management and branch operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership- Build and develop a capable and resourceful staff; establish branch goals where applicable and communicate objectives; create an environment that motivates employees to achieve goals; provide consistent coaching and timely feedback; seek opportunities to strengthen ties between Emprise Bank and the community. Customer Service- Demonstrate and coach to provide a customer experience that is consistent with the organizational service philosophy; develop branch level strategies to improve customer commitment; foster an environment that promotes improving customer relationships. Sales Management-Manage and participate in branch sales activities; generate sales reports and measure results; serve as a sales coach according to the Emprise sales philosophy; collaborate with other retail departments to fulfill further identified financial opportunities. Branch Operations-Manage the day to day branch operations; keep branch in audit ready condition; maintain optimal staffing levels; demonstrate working knowledge of security and compliance procedures and ensure adherence by branch associates; escalate issues as needed. Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
