Job Description Develop and evaluate project plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities to be carried out by others.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or related engineering field. Minimum five years experience with Waste Water Treatment Design, Waste Water Permitting, Air Permitting, Registration and designation as a Professional Engineer (PE). Must have diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Must have the ability to solve complex issues with limited direction. Will be familiar with EPA, Air, Water, Waste Regulation and LDEQ regulations such as RECAP, solid and hazardous waste, and groundwater monitoring. Also familiar with EPA regulations.
