Growing dental office is expanding and looking for dynamic, experienced, energetic and reliable Hygienists and Dental Assistants to join their team and provide excellent customer service to their patients. As a Hygienist in their office you will provide our patients quality customer service, educate patients and discuss with them treatment plans efficiently, while maintaining good communication with the team and ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. As a Dental assistant in their office you will provide our doctors with support during dental procedures, manage clinical supplies, educate patients and discuss with them treatment plans efficiently, while maintaining good communication with the team and ensuring a pleasant experience for the customers.  

   Job Responsibilities for Hygienist: 
  • Greet patients with a friendly smile. Build rapport with patients and make them feel comfortable.
  • Discuss treatment plans and procedures with the patients.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up to date patient dental records.
  • Must be responsible to maintain work area, keeping it clean and well organized.

  • Job Responsibilities for Dental Assistant:

  • Perform general lab procedures. Make sure lab cases are ready for next day.
  • Take digital x-rays.
  • Take and record medical and dental histories, vital signs and write them on the patient’s record.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures and dental emergencies.
  • Organize and clean your area between each patient and at the end of the day.

    For Both Positions:

    • Applicant must be able to understand the features, advantages and benefits of all services and products and must be able to explain them effectively to patients. Must be able to discuss treatment plans and procedures to patients and soothe any worries the patients might have.
    • Must be punctual, responsible and dependable.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to build rapport with patients.
    • Must learn and be able to schedule appointments.

     

    • Must be able to do digital x-rays.
    • Must be able to enter treatment plan in computer and present it to the patient.
    • Must adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA and federal rules and regulations.
    • Applicant must be able to work as a team with the other members of the team. Respect and honesty is imperative in a great work environment.
    • Professional appearance, friendly disposition and good attitude.
