Job Description

We are actively seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for a contract to hire opportunity in Nashville TN. 

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Assist in month end close, prepare accrual and reclass journal entries, assist in budget to actual variance analysis for each Business Unit supported, and monthly hi-level projections.
  • Other duties/requests include: assist in completing monthly Capital reports, tracking IT Capital spend, creating/maintaining the Project Reserve by Business Unit, etc
  • Monitor GL activity, code and approve invoices and purchase orders for the assigned Business Unit
  • Generate monthly Project MORs for SPC, ITLC and Base Projects.
  • Prepare the Monthly Spend Analysis by Business Unit in order to monitor spending on ITLC projects
  • Prepare monthly financial data for ITLC governance meetings.
  • Assist in reviewing/communicating Project Approvals for the Project Reserve as approved during the year and when Annual Planning is complete. 
  • Assist in the development of business cases as needed, preparation of Financial data for anticipation of Governance, and project ad hoc reporting
