We are actively seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician for a contract to hire opportunity in Franklin, TN. The successful candidate will interact with end users to identify a variety of issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and server or network connectivity. Open and log trouble tickets in our Helpdesk Ticketing system to track issues from identification through resolution in a timely fashion. Provide phone or email support for installation, configuration, troubleshooting for software applications and hardware issues for multiple sites. Communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to the users. Monitor and resolve issues to completion utilizing the Helpdesk Ticketing system. Escalate any outstanding issues to senior-level technicians or engineers.
