Job Description
Occupational Therapist - Home Care Mercer County We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist OT to support our Mercer County territory for Home Care Rehabilitation. This organization provides therapy services through evidence-based rehabilitation to the adult and geriatric population. The Occupational Therapist would be providing therapy in the patient's natural environment: an in-home setting within the community. The patient population consists of Medicare Part A patients, involving post-surgical, deconditioning, cardiac rehab, and orthopedic patients. This combined with therapeutic exercise, prescribed by the clinician at the proper frequency and duration, result in outcomes that return our patients to their prior level of function, or higher. The Occupational Therapist has a very autonomous role, where he or she is able to make their own treatment decisions, and create their own schedule to fit their lifestyle. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days Documentation: User-friendly system Salary and Benefits: $70K-$90K excellent benefits, 4 weeks of PTO, holidays/sick/personal time. Job Requirements
Occupational Therapist OT Home Care Mercer County Requirements: - NJ state license as an Occupational Therapist - Graduate of an accredited OT program. - At least 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required. - Excellent organizational skills. - Autonomy. - Team Player. - Excellent professional references.
