Job Description Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking experienced Call Center Associates for a high volume center located in the Columbia area. Qualified individuals are needed to respond accurately, promptly and courteously to inquiries or complaints from external customers regarding the company’s products or services.  Individuals will determine the best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies, practices and guidelines. 

Job Responsibilities:

Assists with telephone inquiries from branch offices, patients, and potential clients Processes new subscribers and forwards order to shipping Provides assistance with various questions regarding promotions while assessing the need of the patient and directing that patient to the appropriate department Responds to emails in a timely and accurate manner Answers all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner and addresses customer requests appropriately Assists Operations Manager with all necessary administrative office tasks as needed Tracks inventory shipments and restocks locations inventory with reorders when necessary Maintains good working relationships with families, patients and referrals serviced by the location Completes information required on Referral Intake sheets Submits paperwork to the Operations Manager on a timely basis Records inquiries and new referral sources, and informs the Site Manager/Supervisor Completes insurance verifications Contacts physicians to obtain required information (i.e. physician’s orders, diagnosis, medication prescriptions, etc.) Schedules set-up/delivery times or shipping arrangements with patients Performs data entry functions Monitors all billing for customers and verifies that it is current and accurate Assists Service Tech/Delivery Tech with logging inventory into the computer Perform local installations or visit local patients to replace or retrieve equipment Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Job RequirementsRequirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Previous call center experience Problem-solving skills Ability to calmly and effectively handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of customer service principles
