The Manager of IT Commercial Finance Operations position has direct management responsibilities for 10 – 14 team members who deliver application support services focused on commercial contracts, sales incentive compensation and data warehouse application activities for the Americas Finance Operations group. This position is responsible for coordinating all activities associated to the following supported applications. Applications Supported: CARS/IS-MA and GP for Commercial Contracts, Medicare and Medicaid Varicent for sales incentive compensation North America and AIS data warehouses Vendor inbound data feeds like IMS Prescriber and Nielsen POS Indirect sales Oracle Hyperion Essbase Major Accountabilities: Manage projects and daily operation support for Americas Finance Operations business Manage IT Services consistently with Global Strategies and Programs and in coordination with the Global IT Portfolio Management process Manage expenses to approved project plans and budgets for programs and services Provide consultative support, related to IT to key business management in the area of responsibility to assure the most effective and efficient use of IT resources and assets Manage support for existing applications, systems and infrastructures in a timely manner, consistent with the value of the system to the organization and according SLA Develop and mentor project team in accordance with role profile expectations, related skills and processes Within above scope of responsibility operate according to internal standards, external audit standards, regulatory standards, and legal requirements

Job RequirementsRequirements: Minimum Education Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum Experience Requirements: 10+ years of technical experience with 3+ years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience. Communication skills should be top notch!
