Job Description The daily duty of the developer is to be a part of an agile team. The developer will solve problems regarding issues found with the application or implementing new functionality for the applications. In addition, the individual will maintain the code base in the version control system and develop unit tests that will be part of the continuous integration process.

Job Requirements

Experience as a Java Developer coding, designing and optimizing high-profile web applications that have a world-wide customer base.
Experience with technologies and protocols such as SOAP, REST, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc
Knowledge of 508 Compliance regulations and the ability to develop 508 compliant applications.
Knowledge of web design and usability principles and standards.
Must be able to problem solve complex code and troubleshoot user issues
Ability to extend existing code base or develop new code using proven best practice patterns and coding standards
Proven ability to design and implement efficient solutions that meet functional requirements, are extensible and can be easily maintained
Experience with managed development environment (Continuous Integration & Configuration Management)
Database knowledge / experience, ability to write complex SQL statements
Experience with source control systems (Subversion)
