Job Description

Prominent Biotech firm seeks a Quality Control Associatefor an 18-month contract assignment in Thousand Oaks, CA.

Pay is up to $24.00/hour.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for testing raw materials per analytical test methods and compendia (USP, EP, JP), specifically, wet chemistry testing such as identification, limit tests and titrations.

Responsible for general lab duties, such as chemical inventory, lab cleaning and instrument cleaning.

Must learn and comply with safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs which includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of training records, laboratory documentation, written procedures, building monitoring systems and laboratory log books.

Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience testing per analytical methods and compendia (USP, EP,JP)
Lab experience preferred
BS degree preferred
