Job Description We are looking for an executive assistant to support our client, a healthcare/benefits organization in Baltimore City.  This individual will support one director at the organization.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and track neutral contracts
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents as needed
  • Set up teleconferences with physicians being recruited for neutral panel
  • Manage and maintain Director's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparation and submission of travel expense reports
  • Arrange and coordinate events, such as neutral training meetings
  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming calls and correspondence
  • Assist in preparation of training materials, board reports, etc.
  • Provide support for new hires as appropriate

  • This is a full-time position starting ASAP working 9am to 5:30pm.

    Interested candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of executive support experience and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Job Requirements
