Job Description Duties include the following:

1) Processing of accounts payable transactions
2) Review of vendor statements
3) Answer various vendor inquires
4) Prepare accounts payable checks
5) Assist in month end closing as it relates to the accounts payable function

Job RequirementsJob requirements are as follows:

1) Two plus years accounts payable experience in a CORPORATE accounting department.
2) Prefer software experience with a major ERP system.
3) Solid understanding of accounting procedures and controls and they effect the accounts payable function
4) Any college accounting courses a plus.
