The level two QA technician's primary responsibilities are to perform daily product inspections, provide research and development product analysis and monitor/report on quality issues. QA Technician II will have additional skills and a solid understand quality philosophies and are capable of troubleshooting This position will perform optical and electronic testing of Bushnell products to verify incoming quality.
Product Testing and Data Acquisition Product Transfers
Material Review Board Participation Data Entry and data analysis
Manage and perform In-House Projects (sorts, reworks, repackaging) Advanced Research and Development Evaluations (sample testing)
Participate in process development and maintenance Troubleshoot product defects
Performing duties in accordance with Company and Department processes/procedures
Education:
Associates degree in a related field desired.
Years of Related Experience:
3 or more years of experience as an inspector, technician, quality inspector or related role.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Intermediate level computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics AX)
Basic math, geometry and algebra competency
Good reasoning and communication skills
