Job Description Our client is searching for a Service Manager to add to their growing organization. They are comprised of several entities working together for a full-service approach providing all the technologies needed for the most advanced, efficient and secure operation of an organization. The Service Manager is in charge of operational and sales strategies for the Field Services departments in Indiana and Florida. This leader is responsible for the customer-focused and efficient operation of the department. The Service Manager will operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, maintaining good employee relationships, and maintaining service records. The Service Manager also carries out this responsibility by building customer relationships, creating a good work environment and properly managing the assets of the department. 
Job Requirements Minimum 10 years’ experience in a service contracting business, preferably HVAC Fundamental understanding of operations of contracting and service business is required Excellent customer service experience is a must Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects Ability to establish and manage relationships at all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills Excellent decision quality and command skills Strategic thinking and leadership skills Analytical and problem-solving skills with an acute attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills  Valid driver’s license and evidence of insurability
