Job Description

Experienced Recruiter needed ASAP for extremely long term opportunity (possibly temp-to-hire).  Individual will assist with sourcing, identifying, screening, etc. quality applicants for large call center. 

Duties & Responsibilities -

You will effectively manage the sourcing and candidate screening process for positions across the nation to ensure that top talen are attracted in a timely and cost effective manner by:

  • Facilitating site recruiting campaigns, including methods, content and distribution within
  • Sourcing passive and non passive candidates and qualifying experience level for all applicants applying through a tracking system
  • Conducting pre-screens with candidates that have the proper experience and background
  • Scheduling qualified candidates interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and Human Resources regarding sourcing strategies, interview results and workflow
  • Collecting the necessary paperwork to conduct background check and drug testing prior to hire

    Job Requirements 

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years MINIMUM experience with a large corporate and/or call center organization 
    • Experience recruiting high volume positions REQUIRED
    • 2+ years Hospitality industry experience a+ 
    • Bachelors degree preferred (but not required)
    • Demonstrated strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
    • Ability to interface with all levels of management and diversity in a professional manner
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
