Job Description

Pinnacle Partners has an opening for a Customer Service Rep position with a company located in Carmel. This is a temp to hire position.

 

 

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Excellent customer service.
  •  

  • Inbound and outbound phone calls to respond to customers’ questions and concerns.
  •  

  • Perform various administrative duties, maintain files and data, produce reports and correspondence for Manager and Supervisor.
  •  

  • Practicing and promoting teamwork at all times.
  •  

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED required.

     

    • 1 year office experience and/or prior customer service experience required.

     

    • Basic computer knowledge required.

     

    • Must have sales experience.

     

    • Must know parts of a vehicle; fender, quarter panel, bumper, etc.

     

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

     

    • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

     

     

     

    The hours for this position are Monday thru Friday 10:00am-7:00pm. The pay is $13/hr
