Contract
Herndon, VA 
 


Business Analyst Scope of Work: 

  • Update System User guide for all system enhancements.
  • Responsible for Application system testing changes prior to system releases all data correction updates/data fixes.
  • Develop Test Scripts to validate customer’s Requirements.
  • Provide monthly system implementation reports detailing status of software changes being implemented for the month which includes: Regression Test Report, Test Evaluation and Release Notes.
  • Responsible to ensure consistent standards, policies, methods and quality processes are met.
  • Oversee Help Desk Incident reports and ensure responses are made to HUD customers within 48 hours (volume: 0-3 tickets/daily)
  • Provide and confirm requirements for Ad-Hoc reports to support client data needs.
  • Update monthly CMM metrics process.
  • Worked closely with developers in translating the business requirements to a high-level design document.
