Job Description

Exotics Racing is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative, fluent in Spanish or Portuguese. (written and spoken)

As a customer service representative you help our customers through their booking experience. You answer questions over the phone, by email or via our live chat.
You take orders and advise customers on the different driving experiences we offer.

Key accountabilities 

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone both in English and Spanish (Or Portuguese)
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via email or live chat.
  • Advise and help customers through the booking experience
  • You handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate to your manager if needed
  • Job Requirements
    •  You have great oral and written communication skills.
    • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • You are a fast learner, able to work independently.
    • 2 or more years experience in a customer service environment.
    • Must possess attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Sales ability and persuasive.
    • Bilingual

    This is a full time position. There is a performance base compensation to this position.
