Job Description Overview:

Advancements and growth have led to an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Technology Department for a Network Analyst. The Network Analyst will support and maintain the network infrastructure, including the local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Internet connections and remote access environment. Additionally, they will review, plan, assess and implement complete network systems; support and maintain network monitoring and management systems, including service level reporting; and troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a high availability data network environment.
Review network performance using network management tools. Make recommendations for changes to address issues as they are identified.
Configure and install routers, switches and related networking equipment.
Lead projects to upgrade and change the network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications include an AA degree or Technical Certificate in Computer Science and 2-4 years of experience maintaining a Cisco data and voice environment and the following:
•Working experience installing, upgrading and maintaining Cisco routers and switches
•Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connect management experience
•Polycom video conferencing management
•Cisco SSL VPN configuration, management and maintenance
•Ability to maintain and create documentation using Visio
•Excellent troubleshooting skills
•Highly organized and detail oriented
