Compensation Analyst  


Consultant long term up to 12 months


Fairfield, NJ

 

  • Our client is looking for 3+ years’ experience in a Compensation Analyst/Specialist role, a 4 years degree is required.
  • The individual will participate in annual salary surveys.
  • Collect current market data information to analyze and report trends. 
  • Collect and evaluate market data for new and existing positions to ensure external competitiveness.
  • Recommend modifications and/or changes to salary structure when warranted.
  • Analyze both internal and external positions to determine correct job worth hierarchy for all positions. 
  • Conduct data modeling, statistical analysis, and costing of pay programs.
