Opportunity awaits at Lennar for an experienced New Home Sales Professional!

Lennar, one of America's leading homebuilding organizations, is currently looking to add to our team of outgoing, successful, and experienced New Home Consultants.

We are seeking individuals experienced in driving new home sales with an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative "outside the box" style of thinking.  We also provide additional training to help aid our  aggressive closers.  The ideal candidates will have solid new home sales experience and/or other applicable selling skills and be willing to work hard in a positive work environment for excellent compensation.  If you are identified by peers as "enthusiastic", "aggressive", and "professional", you may fit the profile!

New Home Consultants with Lennar are responsible for building client relationships through a number of channels including partnering with internal departments, realtor functions, and creative marketing techniques.

Additional responsibilities include:

 

  •   Consistently drive new sales from a variety of sources
  •   Ensure relative sales performance at or above Division standards
  •   Proactively service customers after the sale
  •   Touring homebuyer prospects through your Welcome Home Center
  •   Generating referrals and leads through marketing events
  •   Process sales agreements and contracts
  •   Use Seibel system for management of client pipeline
  •   Consistently strive to achieve above average scores in JD Powers surveys
  •   Maintain the highest level of Lennar product knowledge, as well as knowledge of competitors and their products

  • Job Requirements

    Job requirements include:

    •   High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred
    •   Valid drivers license and a good driving record
    •   Computer literate in Word and Excel
    •   Valid NJ Real Estate License required
    •   Able to work in a demanding fast paced, team oriented setting
    •   Minimum two (2) years of experience in home sales
    •   Other sales experience will be considered
    •   Able to communicate professionally both verbally and in written form
