As Associate Office Coordinator you will be responsible for: shipping/receiving, reception, administration and the facility. Position reports to the Facilities & Administration Manager at our corporate headquarters located in Downers Grove, IL. Position involves reception which includes answer incoming calls, distributing mail, distributing fax, greeting office. In addition position is responsible to handle all aspects of shipping/receiving and parts/inventory this includes ensuring the work area is a clean well kept warehouse. Administrative support will include printing and binding sales documents provided by the sales team in Grand Rapids. Facility responsibilities would include office supply ordering/pick-up, identify areas that general maintenance is needed and work with Corporate Facilities Manager on scheduling vendors for repairs. Person should be self motivated, reliable, with a “can-do" attitude and work well independently.
