Job Description Specific Job Responsibilities:

An Account Manager for this company will develop coach, monitor and motivate the program Team Managers, Senior Consultants, and Consultants to consistently provide a world-class customer experience on every call taken or made and to:
  1. Drive program performance to ensure all teams are delivering on business expectations.
  2. Drive program performance to ensure attainment of all operational KPI's
  3. Interface with program WFM to ensure full staffing at all time and correct scheduling of that staff.
  4. Work with SGS Recruiting to ensure the proper candidates with the proper skills and personalities are hired.
  5. Assist or lead in creation and delivery of client Business Reviews and SGS Operations Reviews and develop action plans as necessary to meet any gaps that develop or are discovered.
  6. Work with Employee Engagement team to drive high employee satisfaction.
  7. Any other responsibilities as they develop.
Job RequirementsCandidate Requirements:
  1. Education: BA/BS preferred, appropriate experience will be considered.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar environment.
  3. Skills:
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
    • Must be able to deliver on requests and action items accurately and in the time frame allotted.
    • Must have a positive mindset and be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must have open availability and the willingness to work whatever hours are necessary to effectively run the business.
    • Must be flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
