Job Description You're empowered to do your best! Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Some of the responsibilities include: Designing and developing data models and database architecture Constructing, installing and testing the database system Modifying existing databases as user needs change Finding flaws in programs Preparing reports on databases Customizing databases to meet specific needs Consulting with others to assess the system performance and make modifications as required Defining system requirements by consulting with data administrators and system users about the types of information needed

Job RequirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field required 4+ years of experience in business/finance analysis is required Must have intermediate level of proficiency with Visual Basic and/or SQL Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Access, PowerPoint is also required Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
