Preparing Applications as needed
Correspondence with clients and companies
Invoicing all new and renewal policies and endorsements
Issuance of binder bills for new clients
Investigate all accounting discrepancies and correct accordingly
Processing customer policy endorsements and ID cards
Process incoming requests for additional information from the carriers as received
Assist the team in marketing of new and renewal business
Monitoring and collecting of the aged receivables
