We have several opportunities opening up in the coming months and are looking for candidates with a desire to succeed and grow with us! Job Duties
· Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to generate mortgage applications through our various lead sources.
· Take complete loan application and analyze applicant information. Determine whether the client is likely to qualify for the desired loan program. Assist in choosing the proper program suitable to client’s needs.
· Provide guidance on the risks and benefits of the programs available to the client.
· Gather all initial documentation required based upon the various applicants selected loan program; application disclosure requirements.
· Keep abreast of newer loan products to better assist clients’ needs.
